Problem in function generator of the DSO2D15

Hi, my name is Roberto Ciocheta Dalenogare, I live in Brazil

On the 21st of July of this year, I bought a Hantek DSO 2D15 at the Official Hantek Store, on Aliexpress, and it was delivered to my house on the 10th of September, but I was only using the function generator recently
when using the function generator, I noticed that there is a distortion in the square wave, making it impossible to use it.
See the attached distortion waveforms, the settings are in the images.

I used a passive resistive load of 100k Ohms to make these captures, I changed the load resistance, but the distortion remained.

How can we solve this?

Please check if your probe is connected to the channel BNC connector.
Check whether the probe is well connected to the measured object.
Check whether the oscilloscope probe is well calibrated. If it is not calibrated, please calibrate it according to the instructions.
