Hi, I am wondering if you can help me, my Hantek DS05102P seems to be stuck on the boot screen.
Is there a way to force boot or get the unit working again, I have checked your website and there is no information on booting/start up or solving this issue.
Please can you send me clear instructions if the4r is a way to solve this problem.
