Please use a 5V@2A adapter to connect to the red USB port of the USB cable as an auxiliary power supply to try.

When the words "Device Descriptor Request Failed" appear, it is a hard connection failure. You need to check the USB ports and USB cables of the computer and the oscilloscope.
