The software for my 6074bc does not open. Scope(32 bit) is listed in the task manager but the program does not open. I previously had it running but always searching for device. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers following other similar posts of this forum, but no luck.Anyone want to help?
When linking the machine, does this device appear in your device manager? Open the properties of this device, find its hardware ID and compatible ID information, please send a screenshot. Or to email support@hantek.com.

The red LED on the scope is flashing
The software GUI appears onscreen for a few seconds and then closes
When the scope is onscreen none of the 4 channel traces are displayed on the scope

Hi - Thanks for helping meI've reinstalled the software and now the program opens and remains open with 4 flat traces
It is searching for device
Both USB cables are connected (red and black)
The device manager lists it as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)"
When I try to update the Driver I get a message as shown in the attached picture

When the words "Device Descriptor Request Failed" appear, it is a hard connection failure. You need to check the USB ports and USB cables of the computer and the oscilloscope.
