DSO2000 Software Install Issue

[size=14.6667px]I just bought a DSO2D10 scope. I tried to install the DSO2000 software and run the waveeditor but not successful. The error says “VISA32.dll” was not found. I reinstalled the software but still encounter the same problem. Please help. Thanks.

I have now fixed the issue you need to first uninstall the programme and then you must make sure you manually delete the files as some are left on the system even after the uninstall process. Then reinstall and it should work.
