I have DSO4254C with serial number CN1829002001839. I didn't use it for couple of months. I powered on it yesterday and it did not boot. It hangs on startup screen.
I also tried recovery menu but it didn't help too. F2 option still hangs on QR code screen. F3 option with latest firmware which I downloaded from Hantek website also
fails with "Operation failed!" message. Name of the file which I use is"dso4kb_20210701.upk". I use an 8GB usb stick.
Could you provide an working firmware for this device please.
If the machine is stuck on the boot screen and cannot be turned on, please provide the serial number of the machine, and we will provide the corresponding recovery file.
I have oscilloscope DSO4254С with S/N: CN1950002004114. After six month of inactivity I can see only initial screen with QR and lamp testing. Please help to resolve this! Thank You!
I haven’t use my oscilloscope DSO4102C Hantek for the Summer and, once turned ON, it shows the Hantek initial screen QR code.
I have tried to turn it OFF but no changes.
I have tried the procedure for recovery interface but it works randomly and no results anyway: sometimes Update Failed! sometimes restart and back to QR code.
I restarted and use F2 but no success.
