Hello,

I have had a DSO3254A for a little over a month, and it has stopped communicating with my PC this week. Neither USB nor Ethernet works, and the "RUN" and "LINK" LED indicators are continuously on. I am able to access the serial port of the device, which gives me the readout below. Please provide further instructions.
