DSO4254C hangs on QR code screen

Hi,

I have DSO4254C with serial number CN1829002001839. I didn't use it for couple of monts. I powered on it yesterday and it did not boot. It hangs on startup screen.

I also tried recovery menu but it didn't help too. F2 option still hangs on QR code screen. F3 option with latest firmware which I downloaded from Hantek website also
fails. I use a 8GB usb stick.

Could anyone provide an older firmware for this device please.

I alse appreciate for any other advice.

Please download the relevant recovery backup file in the link below and try to recover the oscilloscope.There is a time limit for this file, please download it in time.

Hello,

please, can I have the same recovery file for my machine? (DSO4254C2008128, SN CN2216002008128. Same symptoms, it freezes at splash screen with QR code during boot, tried everything which I found on this forum,
all links are time-expired.
