请直接下载对应机器型号的驱动程序，在设备管理器中用此驱动程序进行更新驱动。

1. 首先，参考这个文件说明，卸载之前的驱动文件；

2. 拔掉USB线，按下黑色按钮P/H；

3. 连上USB线，使用最新驱动文件（从本贴开始处下载），手动更新驱动。

Still the drivers do not work with core isolation enabled in Win10 or Win11. Not fixed since years, now.

What model is your machine please?
Can the machine be recognized in the device manager of the computer?

It is a 6022BE and it is recognized, yes.
I had reported the problem already 1.5 years ago in the thread "Driver for Win10 1607 and 1703 version or higher version" which is now closed:

The driver is just not compatible with the Win10/11 security feature "core isolation".
