Hello! I have a problem with my 2D82. After a failed update and a failed resuscitation, my oscilloscope pretends to be 2Dxx. ARM firmware file required. Please, help.

Hi Ami. I downloaded the DFU file with the standard utility "HT2000Update.exe" in "local files" mode from here:

And my device is displayed as 2D82.
When you try to update the utility from the network gives something like "incorrect network data, try later" Is it because of the wrong serial number?

When you try to read spi flash, the process hangs by 6% and sometimes the oscilloscope turns on.
I read without batteries.
