I was attempting to update my 2D10 scope, and I believe I have messed something up, because now it has strange variable DC offsets and refuses to calibrate (gives error 511d1). I have tried to revert my firmware upgrade, but the problem persists. I think that part of my problem is that my unit won't work with version 3000 and up, but that is all I can find online.
Is it possible to get a complete set of the factory firmware that was loaded on my unit? My serial number is CN2118029005445. Thank you!
