I just recently bought a 2C42 oscilloscope and it quit working a day later. I talked back and forth with the seller and seems like he was talking back and forth with hantek. Hantek was going to send me a new board that has the screen on it or a charge management chip. But the seller stopped communicating with me so now I’m stuck searching the internet and email you. Here are some pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank u

Please replace the chip to try. There is a pad on the bottom of the chip. Please use a hot air gun for welding.
The model of the chip is HM4052. If you can't find HM4052, you can try it with another chip (ETA6002). They should have the same function.
You can purchase it on eBay.
