The LED light is not a power indicator, but a communication indicator.
Please first press down the H/P button to make it in the H position.

Now connect the scope to your computer and refer to this post to install the driver.

i pressed down the H/P button to make it in the H position,connected the scope to my computer installed the driver nothing has changed.i'm going crazy!

After the driver is installed successfully, the indicator will be red.
Is the driver installed successfully?
And please connect the scope to your computer and right click the unknown device in device manager, select Properties.And give me a screenshot of the Hardware ID as the following picture.
