I am trying to connect my scope to my Computer. I installed the software on the CD provide when purchasing the scope, but I only get an error the scope isn’t connected.  When checking windows device manager I get that the driver isn’t installed.
Can you please provide the driver for this scope?

I am using Windows 10.  Keysight IO is installed but does not detect when the 2c10 scope is connected.
Windows Device Manager shows it as 113, but no drivers

Open your device manager, find the USB connected device, right click on properties (picture 1). Select the detailed information, select the attribute as the hardware ID, and check whether your value is the same as mine (picture 2). If the values are the same, please update the driver manually according to the content in the quick guide file (Picture 3).
