I am trying to connect my scope to my Computer. I installed the software on the CD provide when purchasing the scope, but I only get an error the scope isn’t connected. When checking windows device manager I get that the driver isn’t installed.
Open your device manager, find the USB connected device, right click on properties (picture 1). Select the detailed information, select the attribute as the hardware ID, and check whether your value is the same as mine (picture 2). If the values are the same, please update the driver manually according to the content in the quick guide file (Picture 3).

hantek dso2C30, i have WIN 11, and I did everything as it was said to connect the oscilloscope to my PC. But always I saw "The device is not connected"
