Years ago, I believe it was in 2014 or so I purchased a Hantek6022BE pc- Oscilloscope and it has worked flawlessly.
The problem I have is that it runs on an operating system that is no longer supported by Microsoft -Vista
My computer has failed but scope I believe is still working.
Can I get an upgrade from you for my oscilloscope to work under windows 10 which is operating system of my new CPU.
I await your response and hope you are able to help me with my problem.
You can find the 6022BE upgrade package on this website. After following the prompts, you can operate on win10.
