DSO5102p screen issue

Hi

Can anyone point me in the right direction to rectify my screen issue?

Is this a screen or software issue?

where do I start?

Please press AUTOSET to check whether the the relay sound.
If so, the LCD should be fault.And disassemble the oscilloscope and look at the label of the LCD, which has the model number on it.
It may be AT070TN92 on the label of the LCD.
You can purchase it on eBay.

Hi Amy,

I Will check again with the instructions provided and proceed with the screen replacement in case I hear the relay clicking!

would you recommend a seller for these screens - are they all the same or there are various types like gloss - matt -

Hi

I replaced the screen but fault is still present. were do I find to buy the LCD convertor board 40 pin to 50 pin ?  as I suspect it is faulty ?

Hi,

I checked the voltages and were spot on.

Installed another AT070TN92 LCD screen this one has the ribbon cable longer and had to use Kapton tape to hold it down.

Also, 3D printed a holder for the LCD Adapter board.

Works fine to me. the probe setting in the menu was not set to x1 so the dso reported the voltage incorrectly. this is very misleading.

Also, I checked the software version and it's 3.40.0  is there any updates? what is the latest software?

That' great.
Press CH1 or CH2 to enter the channel setting menu, and please manually set the probe attenuation coefficient to ×1.

I downloaded the firmware and copied it to a 32gb pqu stick

went of the firmware screen on dso  but drive gets detected then says it is removed .

Is there  guide how to upgrade the dso ? looks like it does not accept the filename ??

what is the latest version revision number ? 3.40 ?
