Hello, I worked with the oscilloscope for about 2 years, today after switching on the program started working, but Windows went to BSOD.
After rebooting, the red LED on the front panel blinks, but the device is not detected - the device descriptor is incorrect. Changing the USB cable, connecting to other computers and a laptop - the same error. If you press PGM is detected as an unknown device. Can you help me with something?
