Troubles with HT6004BX_SDK : not supported dlls on Windows 10 ?

Hello,

Im working on Windows 10 with Visual studio 2019 and C# language.
I have downloaded the SDK for my Hantek 6074BC. I have troubles with the dlls :

- I cant register them with regsvr32 : "The module "HTSoftDll.dll" was loaded but the entry -point DllRegisterServer was not found. Make sure that "HTSoftDll.dll" is a valid DLL or OCX file and then try again.

- I cant decompile them with DotnetPeek : I have the (Not supported) message when I add the dll

- And I cant add them to my Visual studio project : I have the message "The reference is invalid or unsupported"

Are these dll compatible with Windows 10/C # language ? If not how can I do ?
