Hello

I recently purchased a Hantek 1833C LCR meter

However the USB interface does not work, although it will show up as Com 3 in normal mode and the STM32 DFU in boot loader mode (see pictures below)

Also the PC program does not find the unit.

The upgrade program can not find the unit either, although it shows up in the hardware manager.

Model is Hantek1833C

Software V is 20190903AM

Hardware V is 0

Please help me to get this to communicate.

Please update the latest firmware for your device. Firmware download: http://www.hantek.com/products/detail/16180

Then try to connect the device with PC again.

while i appreciate the sentiment, as i said in my post, the USB port doesn't' work so i cant upgrade the firmware...that is the whole point...i want to upgrade the firmware but i cant because the device isn't recognized by the PC as shown in the pictures

Firstly, please uninstall "STM32 DFU" in manage device. Then remove the USB cable, and connect the USB cable again, then install new device driver for the device.
