Hantek MPO6204D logic analyzer doesn't work

Hi! I have a HANTEK MPO6204D .Current version is 2.0.0.1 . I downloaded this from the hantek product page.I connected the logic analyzer probes to the device for a project. The device detects that the probes are connected. However, nothing appears on the screen. Can you help?
