Maybe because the capacitor type you are trying to measure is not a capacitor anymore at that freque ...

It's easy to check. I took 2 capacitors of 6.8uF, measured them at all frequencies separately. Everything was measured correctly. Then I connected it in parallel and measured it again. From a parallel connection, these capacitors did not cease to be capacitors, but in 1833 the device does not show capacitance, although it shows secondary parameters ESR and others at frequencies above 10 kHz.

73uF at 40kHz shows -----
