My new DSO4204C reacts strange when pressing the Run/Stop button. Pressing it once, it gets red as expected. Pressing it again leads to strange reactions, e.g. as if I pressed the CH2 button. Sometimes I have to press Run/Stop 5 times until it reacts as expected and gets green. In the meantime other functions are randomly activated.
I had updated the firmware (DSO4000C Firmware, 2020-12-14). Do you think it is an hardware problem or the firmware. If it is a problem of the firmware, where can I find a working (maybe older) firmware?
