I identified the faulty control on my scope easily with a DMM. All the controls had >10M resistance to GND except for one which was 83R on each outer contact. Extracted it and all other controls started working. New control on order.Is it just that these Bourne controls are unreliable or is it the way Hantek are using them. I have had this scope for 3 yrs and only used it a few times. It worked ok when I used it at the weekend. Turned it on Monday morning and controls not working. Bizarre!
