I have purchased the HANTEK365E, when I run the software there is a notice saying that although the unit can measure 120,000 points the software only displays the last 1,200 points. How can I get the 120,000 point data? Is it stored internally with in the unit and can that be extracted by the PC into a file?
The software only displays 1200 points, and the remaining points are temporarily stored in the software cache. You can use the "save data" button to save all the data. The device does not store any data internally.
In addition, the software shows an error. The recorder can record 12000 points instead of 120000.
