I just purchased a Hantek MPO6104D Oscilloscope. I have setup both network and USB connections. The Keysight IO Libraries Suite's Keysight Connection Expert 2021 can see both instances and they show green check marks. However, no matter what I do, the DigitalScope software can't connect to the oscilloscope. I've ensured the software has an allowance through the firewall and have even turned my firewall off, but that didn't fix it. I can send commands from Keysight Connection Expert's Interactive IO program and the oscilloscope responds correctly.
Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong? I really want to be able to view the oscilloscope from my PC.
