DigitalScope Can't Connect To MPO6104D

I just purchased a Hantek MPO6104D Oscilloscope. I have setup both network and USB connections. The Keysight IO Libraries Suite's Keysight Connection Expert 2021 can see both instances and they show green check marks. However, no matter what I do, the DigitalScope software can't connect to the oscilloscope. I've ensured the software has an allowance through the firewall and have even turned my firewall off, but that didn't fix it. I can send commands from Keysight Connection Expert's Interactive IO program and the oscilloscope responds correctly.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong? I really want to be able to view the oscilloscope from my PC.

Intel i9-10940X CPU
64GB RAM
NVIDIA 2070 Super FTW3 Video Card
2TB NVMe Hard Drives

Whether the correct connection method is selected? please refer to the "20.Remote control" of the user manual to operate.

DigitalScope.exe  does not detect my DPO6084C on USB. It can connect by LAN only and connection isn't stable. Oscilloscope frequently freezes and resets.

While WaveEditor.exe works great via USB. It doesn't work over LAN at all.

Is the version number of the software you are using 1.0.2?

Please use an unpublished upgrade package to update the firmware.

Then check whether it can communicate with the host computer through USB cable.


If the problem exists, please open IO Monitor and Start Capturing Messages.


Now open the PC software, and upload the capturing messages to study.

After upgrade problem still exists. IO Monitor didn't capture any messages.
Keysight Connection Expert 2021shows correct connection via USB (status is green), but DigitalScope 1.0.2 shows only 'The device is not connected'.
Is it possible DigitalScope is trying to connect with another VISA library than is used by Keysight Connection Expert 2021?
After this upgrade my DPO6084C has lost ability to connect via LAN. Now, even Keysight Connection Expert 2021 can't connect via LAN with my oscilloscope (status changed to red after upgrade).
I've checked TCP/IP connection by web browser and it shows dashboard. So, for sure LAN connection between my computer and my oscilloscope is good.

Hi, I use the latest IOLibSuite_18_2_26526.exe to test the USB connection and LAN connection, IO and software were able to successfully connect the device.
I uploaded the latest firmware, in order to make your oscilloscope firmware consistent with mine. However, no connection issues have been addressed.

When you connect by USB cable, please check whether there is an "usb measurement deivce" in device manager of your computer, and then check whether there is a new device in IO.
When you connect by LAN, please check the IP address. The IP address may return to the default setting after updating the firmware. And enter "ping 192.168.2.127" in the command prompt to confirm whether the result is successful.
