I recently purchased a DSO2D10. It came with a Disk with Keysight Technology Software. I have loaded and reloaded this software an driver on my laptop (windows 10). With the laptop connected through the cable that came with the DSO2D10 (connection on back of the oscilloscope) the software does not recognize the connected oscilloscope. Two program icons appear on my laptop DigitalScope and WaveEditor. Both load on my laptop and display screen images, but they do not connect to the Oscilloscope.
I tried loading the software on an older desktop computer - same results.
Please let me know a solution.
