I have a Hantek DSO5102P

sw version 3.40.0 (180120.0)
hw version 1010xffff8108
serial number T 1G/138 032930

should I be able to use update dso5kp_func_dso5102p20210225.up on the website?

At the moment I have an error updating the firmware, it just can't see it.
