Customer Consultation

Hello,
I recently purchased Hantek 1008C to measure 24VDC circuits and at times 230VAC. I have it currently connected to a 24VDC circuit and see the O-Scope tops out at 20VDC.
I thought the probes that came with the O-scope can measure up to 400VDC. Can you please help with this?

Maximum input voltage is input protection voltage.
If you want to measure 230VAC, please set the probe attenuation to ×10.
If you want to test for a higher voltage, it is recommended to use a probe with 100 times attenuation.
