When it worked (just lying not connected anywhere) it stopped being detected. After installing the drivers from the site (new), when connected, a blue screen is obtained.
After rebooting, it says that the driver is not installed.
I ask for help.
Now, when I connect, it is recognized in the list of devices, but when I try to install the driver, everything hangs.

I found the firmware for the FPGA, but the program does not see the oscilloscope, like the main program.

I connected it to another laptop, when the driver is installed, the laptop freezes. But there is no blue screen. It can be turned off.
I wanted to make myself a birthday present, but something went wrong.

Replace the USB cable and see if it solves the problem.

I have replaced the cable. This did not solve the problem. Exactly the same blue screen when trying to install the driver.
I checked the presence of voltages and the operation of the DC-DC converters with my old oscilloscope, I did not find any problems.

When it plug in USB, led is blinking.
The fact that the problem is in the oscilloscope can be said that it did not start on the laptop, where it worked before the failure. That is, nothing changed on the laptop, but the oscilloscope did not work.
I think the problem is either the firmware of the CY7C68013A or Spartan 6. Since the oscilloscope was running a little before stopping. Are there ways to try to reflash them? If I need a programmer, then I am ready to purchase it. I really want to restore it, I regret the money spent.
