DSO2C15 firmware

I bought the dso2c15 a few days ago When I press the zoom button, the screen freezes.
So after receiving the dso2000 firmware from hantek website this site, and I updated the software to 20210223.00.

Now zooming is fine, but at sampling below 500MSa/s, the trigger only catches half of the screen.
As a result, 1khz is displayed as 2khz. Therefore, it is not possible to measure frequencies below 1MHz.
Frequency and trigger work normally only at 500MSa/s sampling.

So I want to downgrade to the original old version firmware. where can I download it?

While doing a search for related sites, I found some old firmware versions here: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/new-hantek-dso2x1x-models/
and downgraded to 20201221.00. All of the results returned to normal.

Everything seemed to be fine, but all of a sudden the front usb was not recognized.

I thought it was a hardware defect, so I asked hantek service for help,
and when I got a repair program from the person in charge and ran it,
everything was back to normal.

After that, I updated to the latest firmware and now everything works fine.

And what kind of program is this? You can post it. There were also problems with the flash drive, I had to select from several.
