hantek 6074BC show a tension DC different of real

Hi there, I took some photos to show the problem...I?m metering a tension near 12V DC, but the hantek 6074BC show a tension DC different of real, in paralel I put two meter tester to make a comparation, and you can see it at the photos in annexed....the configuration of Scope is: VOLT DC: 2V/DIV, TIME: 1.000S AND PROBE: 1X. Please could you explan me what is happen?, is it a inside problem from Scope?, thanks, marco Reis

Did you try to do a calibration go  Utilities >> Calibration

Hi there,
Yes man, several times and with differents probes rs, and made theses troubleshooting all 4 channels....I?m thinking the Scope has an inside problem.

Ch1 is set to DC and when I connect the probe to GND I see +5V to -1V (Going up and down)  Post time 2021-7-28 02:53
