DSO4102C recovery not working

Hello,

my DSO4102C is not working anymore, I tried recovery but not working.

I have also tried F3 recovery update with file provided in this thread:

Is this correct file for DSO4102C? Or is there another?

As device is still not booting, is there any other option like a complete recovery from sdcard or through serial connection?

I have this same problem with my dso4102s it only boots to hantek barcode screen f2 restore fails every time. i have number from back if you need that for the restore update file to try. I didn't want to try the one in the other thread unless told it was ok.
