DSO4102C recovery not working

Hello,

my DSO4102C is not working anymore, I tried recovery but not working.

I have also tried F3 recovery update with file provided in this thread:

Is this correct file for DSO4102C? Or is there another?

As device is still not booting, is there any other option like a complete recovery from sdcard or through serial connection?

I have the same problem with my DSO4102S, the serial number is T 1G/049 007451. Can you please help me?
