Good day. I'm from Poland. I purchased a new Hantek DSO2C10 digital oscilloscope from Aliexperss from Store name: Shenzhen Shengtai Tools Mall.
I received the digital oscilloscope in its original packaging and with accessories, well protected at the factory for transport.
After checking the digital oscilloscope, I noticed there was a defect with the mechanical knob (14. Multifunctional Knob - V0 Menu) on the front panel.
Mechanical damage means that the knob does not spring, there is no click. Generally there is potenciometer regulation,
but it is very burdensome, it interferes with use. The digital oscilloscope is brand new, so it is under warranty.
I know I can send a digital oscilloscope to the manufacturer Hantek for repair, the seller of Shenzhen Shengtai Tools Mall wrote to me, but this is a long journey of the digital oscilloscope from Poland to China and again from China to Poland, which is costly, will cost a lot.
I am asking technical support for support and problem solving.

It may be damaged during transportation. Please try to pull out the V0 knob firmly, and then see if it can be pressed normally. If the function cannot be restored, you can try to replace the corresponding knob on the keypad.
