I recently received this device after ordering on Amazon. I used it to make some DC voltage and temp measurement. When I attempted to measure 120VAC I heard a pop and the software displays an E. I looked though the online manual and saw no troubleshooting steps. Can you please provide them. Thank you.
Please check whether there is any burning mark on the motherboard.
If not, please do not test any signal, and connect the data recorder to the computer, and then check whether it can be found in the computer device manager.
