After connecting the 2 probes to channel 1 and 2 and pressed AutoScale I get this. On the probe of channel 1 I have set x10 while on the probe of channel 2 I have set x1.
Channel 2 gives me an incorrect value. The same probe tested on the remaining channels works correctly. Same goes for the remaining probes. How can I solve?
The problem persists even after updating to firmware 1.1.2 (200529.0).
The DSO is brand new!!

and after every self calibration I get different errors(52132, 50121, 52111).
Self calibration executed without probe in input as suggested in user's manual.
