Hi to all.

I recently bought an MSO5202D. But every time I turn on the device I get a message  to press F1 to reboot or F2 to recover the system or F3 to update the recover partition.

The system information shows:
Model MSO5202D
SW-Version 3.2.35 (190514.0)
HW-Version 1020x55778344
Serial.No. T 1G/112 032006
Starts 6
Updates 1
LCD Front TS 3.1.0

For a different model it was suggested to update the firmware:
https://www.eediscuss.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=8997

The product page http://hantek.com/products/detail/10 for the MSO5202D does not contain firmware update files.

I see that there is a thread to update the firmware for the MSO5202D:
https://www.eediscuss.com/forum. ... 5352&extra=page%3D1
But unfortunately I am not allowed to enter the thread. The message "Sorry, no permission to read this thread 100" is shown.

Please give me some advice on how to proceed with the device error message or give me a hint how to get the firmware update.

Thanks in advance,
Dirk.

I found a link to a firmware file for the MSO5000D firmware:
http://www.hantek.com/Product/MSO5000D/MSO5202D_Firmware(3.2.35).zip

Can someone confirm that this is the correct firmware file for the latest version?
Or is my device already up to date?

In the meantime I tried all option (regardless of the unknown risk) to get rid off the boot message:
Pressing F3 gives me an operation failed error.
I also tried F2 to recover the the system. That does something, but the annoing boot error still remains.
I tried a firmware update with the only file I found in the internet (see link above). But that was an older version than the installed one.

So I got stuck with the message on boot time. Sure, this is not an function braking problem, but it would be great if the message could be fixed.
It would be great if anyone has a hint.
