Customer Consultation

Dear Hantek's service sector

I would like to report the bug found on the Hantek 6000 ver. 2.2.5. (Hantek6254BD) I have made the Sawyer Tower Circuit system to measure the ferro-electric capacitor and linear capacitor. The problem does not come from PC-oscilloscope but the software interface. The graph has shown opposite side on the software monitor (the slope is -1) whereas the raw data getting from data saving has shown the real result (the slope is +1). I used OriginPro to plot the result and it is right answer which should be common in experiment. I have attached pdf file and vdo clip to show you the problem and I would like the service team to solve the problem.

Additionally, my Capacitor's sample is a thin film, so I can use the applied voltage from function gen. (Hantek HDG6162B) and donot have to use High voltage amplifier for my experiment.

Regards
