I have problem with Hantek DPO6204C oscilloscope single trigger.

On picture 1.jpg we can see what is real signal, but when I press single button I get some noise error on display which cannot be signal. Its some problem with oscilloscope. When I repeat press on single button I get better picture but still it is not my signal. after 3 or 4 presses I get correct signal on scope.
On scope I use ch3 and ch4. trigger is set on ch3, 50% of signal max.

How to solve this problem ?

Thank you.
