Dear.I hope you are doing well
I purchased the device Hantek365F with total costs of $240 via Aliexpress, 'ZeDaShuaiQ Store' is the seller. And it worked for a few days. (Except measuring T.  Measuring temperature makes a mistake about -10 degrees of Celsius).
But now I have a bigger problem. On display I have only the result EmV and nothing else. There is no data in the log, but when I change selection mode from V to A or some other I get feedback from the device. I heard a click inside. Also I have tried to start stop mode but nothing changes. More. I installed the app on another computer and the situation is the same.

Can you help me to fix the application for it? On the contrary I wasted $240.

The reason for the result EV should be that U20 is broken. Please try to replace it.
The chip model of U20 is FS9922-DMM4, or it can be replaced by CS7729-001.


If the temperature is not accurate, please refer to the standard value, carefully adjust the adjustable part in the follow picture to calibrate the temperature.

Are you serious? This device is brand new. And also, I'm not able to change this chip.
Is there same reset procedure or something like that?

Sorry, it is recommended to contact the seller to return to factory for repair.

I didn't success to return to factory for repair. It is to expensive concerning delivery costs and supplier ZeDaShuaiQ Store is not cooperative. Is there another way to fix it? Some kind of hard reset or something like that?
I ask it in reason of, when i change a mode of measuring in apps, in device i hear switching relays response noise. but on display is only result EmV

If you bought it through Paypal or a credit card within the last 6 months you may be protected contact them and ask.  Just state that you tried it and doesn't work and you haven't received your merchandise.  Go that route.  Hope that helps.
