Customer Consultation

I recently purchased a IDSO1070A Hantek Oscilloscope and found out that it comes with a 100-240 to 5V 2A power adapter while I only have access to a 100-120 wall outlet so I tried using a 100-120 to 5V 2A power adapter but no lights are coming on.  I have tried connecting both USBs to my computer as well which didn't work.  Any suggestions?
Thank you.

If the battery is fully discharged, need charge for a while, the indicator will light.Recommended that you observe whether the charging indicator lights up after charging for half an hour.
