Please download the latest manual, software and firmware from the website: http://hantek.com/products/detail/16180
1. Please refer the manual to update the latest firmware.
2. Please install IOLibSuite_17_2_20605_2.exe in Driver folder.
3. Please install the software.

Hi good day. Did you solve it ?, I have the same problem. I have installed everything, updated the firmware and nothing .... I also use Win 10. If you solved it, could you give me some solution tips?
