DSO5062B - Hardware Init Error Code 0x01

Freeze

Hi,

my 8 year-old DSO5062B doesn't work any more since a few weeks.
After boot screen, shortly the message "Hardware Init Error Code 0x01" appears and disappears immediately.
The screen is frozen, no waveforms are shown and button presses don't show any effects.

Can you tell me, what this hardware error code means?

This may be a failure of the FPGA chip or a circuit failure around the chip.
