Hello, I have a DSO8202E O-Scope your company made. It works great but recently won't hold a charge. I have 2 of them so I switched the batteries and sure enough, the battery is the problem, so I need a new one. I can't find a replacement online and was wondering how I go about getting a replacement? Do y'all do that or how does it work?

Please open the battery box to see if the battery is broken or the battery box is broken.
If the battery is broken, the battery model is 18650. You can purchase on eBay or other sites.
If the battery box is broken, need to do more testing.
