Good morning .
I have a broken HANTEK6254BC oscilloscope.
I live in Spain.
In Spain there is a HANTEK dealer but it only repairs oscilloscopes sold by them.
Where can I send the equipment for repair?
On the other hand I think the circuit that is degraded is U16. It reaches high temperature and the oscilloscope does not connect via USB.
Could they sell me the chip, already programmed?

Do you mean so?
When the device is first connected to the computer, the computer can be connected to the device. After the device works for a period of time, it disconnects from the computer.
In addition, U16 does not need programmed.
