The model may be AT070TN92. You can purchase it on www.eBay.com

PC070TN92C is a component of AT070TN92.
You can buy AT070TN92 to replace.

Hi

I have a similar issue with my dso 5102 - did you replace the screen ?

the small board has a regulator on it that supplies other voltages to the lcd.
