Hello! Twelve months ago i buyed a DSO5202P Oszilloscope from Hantek. It worked very well and I was very proud about it. But now I have a big problem, because the scope does not start any more. I push the power-button and the message appears “System does not shut down properly…” and it tries to reboot. But the reboot never ends and the QR-Code appears. After that no function is possible, no button works and the equipment is not reachable with USB. Please help me. How can I repaire that?
