Customer Consultation

Dear Hantek,
Using 6022BE on 12V battery. Both CH1 and CH2 connected to same source.
CH1 is always dirty signal and shows there is interference compared to CH2 (almost 1V !)
Is this normal or some fault with device?
Image of screen attached NOTE trace manually offset to show better the issue.

It is recommended that you use a smaller volt/div (such as 5V/div or 2V/div) to test the signal, which can reduce the measurement error.
And CH1 noise is normal.
